What's the Next Elk Club?

I've been thinking with some friends of mine, guys i meet together with on on thursday mornings in the friendship acta. One of things we've been thinking about is creating the next third space. What's the next elk club? The next softball leak? All that's andand i'm sharing this not because i'm afraid of losing our idea. I would love soeone to take this idea and just take it romehi. Don't really want to do it. We're just wondering, lik can maybe we create this thing, this next space?
