Volkswagen is also a little different from Wells Fargo in the sense that it has formalized incentives for bad behavior. In Volkswagen, as I understand it, you have subtler influences about helping the organization which get distorted. If you could be judge and jury in the Wells Fargo case, what do you think would be an appropriate punishment?
