Ed zitron: I think workers in tech have kind of worked out that, yer, they are a commodity. He says there's going to be less people who are able to switch jobs based on the leverage they have. Ed Zitron: Only companies like gogo and apple will be able to get away with this bull shir of paying people less based on location. When you pay people well, they're very happy to work for you, he says.
