How Can I Engage My Students?
We focus on those one or two students that don't seem to engage. Here's a few tips that i would use in that situation. Think about the content that you are using iththat year group at that time. The other students may be motivated by all sorts of other things, so it doesn't really apply as much to them. But actually getting them to relate to your content and finding your content interesting will build the trust in you as a teacher,. You will inspire them because they're interested and related to your content.
