Md: For me, i love rules. You know, a whittling down things into the smallest actionsad an, i can sort of tick those off my list. But i guess people come from thisi different points. Because what i'm trying to do with a something like healthy eating, the benefits of that accumulative. It's not something that youll have tangible benefits with after week one. And so i i'm wondering about ways, some of which you've just described there, in which to motivate people further.
