The Russians Have Very Little Chance of Calling in the CSTO
On September 30th, supposedly Putin annexed Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaparija, and the Hairsom Obos of Ukraine. Today they control significantly less territory than they controlled on September 30th. But my guess is the Russians would not try to bring CSTO in because I think they would find that no CSTO member would agree to join in. And just as we've seen that many CSTO members have abstained at the UN, they've not voted with Russia.
