The Importance of Stiffness in Movement

A little bit of plantar flexion might be all that you need it's not loads. We have to pronate in order to stimulate 95% of the muscles if you're just going neutral to supernate and the brain can't do it. I think a long term strategy for me is really about getting past this idea that pronation was bad or evil but we've still got lots of schools of thought that are still promoting them. You know one of them started from thinking that muscles contract towards end range rather than neutral in movement.
