The mosquitoes are managed at each stage of their life cycle. Males and females mate in jars, then the females need to drink blood. They get transferred to moovy popcorn tubs where they're hung upside down feeding on blood. Once they're ready to lay eggs, female mosquitoes like to be in the dark when they lay their eggs. The entists extract these little strips of eggs, which they take to insert dana into.
