What Are the Dilemmas for Coaches?

Some of the best coaches I've come across are working as volunteers and groceries football. They want to know what's happening in these elite environments. Some people stay at that level and have no intentions progressing wanting to get better because they're just happy enough to wear an imagine. So even through the Twitter spaces that me and Joan I do we try and give a lot of context and a lot of insight around what that looks like. It's not that different to the grassroots communities coaching is coaching wherever you go. We'll just, we just end up expanding on it given our opportunity for other people to kind of share their views and opinions.
