Is There a Bias in This Paper?

This is one of those papers that I read early enough in my career and it was contemporary, so there had not been a lot of commentary on it. The language I think a gramarian would have a lot of trouble with the way they use punctuation and stuff. It is a good paper. Certainly an influential paper. There is going to be things in here that they say in the paper that I think could be said better or they got this particular part wrong and they should say it this way.
