In our country, the rights are very particularized to the individual. We don't view our rights as collective necessarily in a legal sense. The best corollary I can think of to this case is a case called Clapper v Amnesty International from about a decade ago. And that's kind of the opposite of the approach taken by this Argentinian judge.
