Hand washing can prevent one in three cases of diarrhea, and one in five respiratory infections. Studies about how hand washing affects curses have not been done. Ancient peoples claim to have found gold by panning on the river banks of pectulus because of King Midas. The oldest coin in the world was found in this same region, now modern day Turkey.
