Can Anyone Tell Alex What to Do?

Barnes: If there was anybody but Alex who determined whether or not he testified, then I'd be like, well, you know, maybe he went there expecting that he might testify and then he just didn't. But in this case, it's all Alex. He makes all of his decisions completely by himself. One thing is very consistent. Alex just does whatever the fuck he wants to do.
