Do You Think Concurrent Training Will Harm Your Strength Gains?

Concurrent training would be more harmful for a high power athlete rather than just a power lifter or a body builder. So when constructing a programme, logically, i think we can work around this pretty well. Don't do it in the morning and then squat later in the day. If you have to put on the same day's lifting, maybe you bench press in the morning  and then cycle later in theday. That shouldn't be an issue.
