The climate crisis is, of course, like the capitalist world system as a whole. It is a it's fundamentally global in scope. Does the IRA point toward any sort of more internationalist approach to fighting climate change? Daniella: I think that the broader problem is just that going back to that, this bill is being constrained by fiscal hawks and deficit hawks.
