Elizabeth Warren's $260,000 Loan to Herself?

Liz Warren loaned her campaign committee $260,000 the day before the general election. Trump's FEC said in their brief that Liz Warren did not have to pay it back. The case didn't come before the Supreme Court until 2017 for reasons that aren't important. Donald Trump made several appointments to the FEC and we all know what he did to the Supreme Court.
