Claire Le Wellyn is Associate Professor in Obesity at University College London. Her research interests started with reflections on her own childhood. She was a fussy eater, but her brother wasn't and she wanted to know why. An important reason why one person develops obesity and someone else doesn't is because they have different genes. The gene pool hasn't changed over the last 30 years,.
