Swimming in North America

Swimming is kind of similar to track, where it's like paces, we got to hit our paces. In imerfon swimming oltous ly, it does start, it does matter, but ut. But as to affletes, we swim for much longer, and we need to pike and run after that. So we should be aware of these things and take them into account. Yes. I think you don't really need to care about as much as a swimming coach. You know, ok, whereis your second threshold? Where's your first threshold? Does how much? Do these things a matter when we're trying to organize training?"
