Is There a Circular Explanation?

The universe cannot, consistent with reason, be explained solely in terms of non maximal things by definition of explanation. So i think it's time to move on to a defining the second premise. What is a circular explanation? Like if you saw a chicken and you wondered how it got there, and it wasn't that it popped into existence from nothing. It was like, i wanted to exist and then leaped into or if you jump off a cliff and you're like, hoping superman will save you. E superman wants you to be saved too, so he comes out ofno existence and saves you. Are examples of self explained, self caused things. I sont of circular explanations
