The rules of engagement are during the OSINT part, you're not allowed to reach out to the company in any way. The objective that gives you the most points is when you convince somebody on the phone to go to a specific web address. So it's a simulation of what an attack would look like. But with the goal of educating both the contestants and the audience, there's a few hundred people in the audience that listen to these live calls.
