Strength Training
strength training is the entree and cardios the side dish, which inquaits to about two thirds strength training, one third cardio. Wen back to consistency, right? Cause you can't come back and train again the next day if you're super sore. An an ogy i like is that strength training needs to be joint friend. And so what i try to do is basically find for each individual four or five what i'd call barometer exercises that we keep in the programme all the time. We'll switch it up just for the sake of switching it up.
