Being Emotional in a Collaborative Working Relationship

If there is emotion involved, if you can name it and put it on the table, you can do it in a super professional way. What does it mean to be emotional? Great question. I think of emotional as sort of exuding, leaking the emotion all over. There's a funny um contribution system where the more upset someone becomes, the more calm the other person gets. And so people are reading your calm as not caring. That's some there's onehin. It was when i was doing research for this that i was thinking about this feeling thing  that struck me as being good advice.
