John Avlon: The Supreme Court has been through a lot, COVID and the increased scrutiny into the Trump years. Is there any attempt to build that dysfunctional family? He says Chief Justice John Roberts switched his vote in the Obamacare case after working with Justices Stephen Breyer and Elena Kagan on the left. Avlon: There's less of an incentive to work together on cases when you have a conservative supermajority.
