You don't kno what i'll sell when i have made the decision to buy something. I will be happy to look at things that are priced like up to 20 % or so above floor. Ye, there's definitely some good a, bys just above floor. And these projects that people had initially listed at two x floor, three x floor, the now just 20 % above floor. Those can be some really exceptional bys.
