The Risk of Being in a Comfort Zone
The risk of being in that comfort zone isn't necessarily too much different than the risk of going on your own. If you're someone that trusts yourself or trust your decision making and you hire to write people, right? You have complete control, whether you win or lose. This is why so many people are afraid to take that jump. So we need to change the way we look at losses. We need to throw in that pattern interrupting and look at them from a numerical standpoint.
