Is There a Competitors Token?

Ethereum has enough, let's say, total value that people can trust it until the other chains get enough volume and time under their belts. Can you explain or provide an opinion on tokenisation of publicly held companies? How long do you think it'll be before we see property deeds s nft, or other such real property assets? I would love to see it within ten years. But i'm not sure if we're just there just yet.
