The Trump Team's Role in the Special Counsel's Office's List of Witnesses
Trump's codefendant who is there in the room with him today wasn't arranged, did not offer a NUT guilty plea or any plea. The judge said essentially the government has to come up with this witness list of witnesses that Trump cannot speak to about this case except through attorneys. Does the Trump team have any kind of say in that? What does that look like once the special counsel's office comes up with that list?
