How to Build a Scope of Work

If you feel like you are going to be wasting their time, you can offer to pay them. If you get an estimate, ask for as detailed as possible. The way I build out a scope of work is I go room by room. Do we need new windows? Are we putting down new flooring? What's the heating source in that room?"
