We are hitting our tenth versus year, which seems like terrifying. You do get to that stage where you've got to not rest on your laurels. I hired my first CSO just a couple of months ago. We're trying to do that across the piece to really get people in. Our very first client had Paddy Power. He was the head of mischief there and previously was editor of The Daily Star. It's quite nice if someone brilliant comes in and says, yeah, but why don't we do things this way? I'm enjoying that. In a good way, I want to be kept on my toes.
