The Best Chip Innovations of the Past 10 Years

I'm trying to think of a chip innovation that I've enjoyed over the last 10 years. Talkies have been around for a long time in Mexico. Cattle corn flavored pop corners are less carbs and less calories than a Dorito. Terrace chips are good, you get the taro. And personally, I think mustard is not as bad as everybody says it.
