What Is Mount Sinai?

Moses is tending the sheep of his father-in-law, Jethro. The rabbis have said that tending sheep is sort of job training for Moses because he's going to be tending sheep, meaning Israel, for a long time. He takes them from Midian to find a place for them to graze or whatever sheep do. And if you look at the location of Mount Sinai, the traditional location is in that Sinai Peninsula but way south.
