The Problem With Body Cameras
The camera sits on the shoulder or head of an officer. It's turned into a pretty good evidence collection tool. Officers encounter a lot of very sensitive and vulnerable people. Bad information is going to come in, missing information needs to be treated as basically an unknown problem. And so we need to be sensitive to that.
