The Importance of Fear in Government

I think his resignation was inevitable given that he said if he was found to have the guilty of bullying, he would stand down. I think my vice-chairney politician, when they get, when they're guilty of doing something wrong, is showing some contrition. Stands are much better said for whatever comes in their future. If you create a culture of fear, you are not going to get the best out of people. That's the real lesson for anyone listening who has an ambition to be a minister in the future.
