Understanding the Rainbow in International Negotiations

In international negotiations, a lot is decided outside of the office. Andi think about times where i excitedly call family members in different parts of the city and say look, there's a rainbow. They say, no, there's not. Ha, ha, ha. You know, i really like that, and especially that intangible aspect of it, that's really interesting. In some cultures, you are going to be invited to several social activities. And declining this kind of invitation is a big blunder,. It is important to understand that very little is decided in an office.
