The tech 6s is basically a cartridge based system where you add a very small aliquit of specimen to align and you plug that cartridge in the cartridge then depending on what cartridge it is if it's global like here a coagulation analysis it'll give you a kaolin which is the activator Kaolin with heparanase now that's an important thing that we didn't really touch on. If you have a normal MA but your platelet number is falling that you know you may want to act on that especially in a bleeding patient yes.
