There's some data showing that when people rely on their emotions, they're more likely to accept fake news. Think of the claim that donald trump sent his plane to transport 200 stranded marines, right? That hits you in the fields. And so if you're just going off of your motions, you might not be as discerningn less able to sort the true from the false. My friends grandparents are alike, obsessed with fox news, and it's all they watch. They really like to charge big cities with being these, like, lawless, crazy, fucked up places. A, so what?
