Is the Data Warehouse a Place for Targeting?

I think in a way they do already like the this whole thing of like data applications. I think that's what is like actually targeting or it's a good use case for how you can do that. The business logic from this kind of tools. Because if you think about like in a way that's already happening right like with like something happened with adversity. It's that's part of like the work that you would do like on the stop downstream application. Like creating a new audience right now you do it on the data warehouse and like you just have like to create a new audience and push the data there.
