A lot of new loans post-COVID at very low rates mature in three to four years back then, which means we could see a tsunami of loans that roll over into higher rates next year. If the Fed has to keep the federal funds rate at above 4% for not just through this year but maybe even next year, yeah, as you said, they're going to have to start... They're going to need to keep borrowing and that's really going to squeeze their costs.
