You went to Oxford incredibly young. Was it 16 that you got your place? I got my places 16 and then I had to sort of waste some time because I think telling anybody thought it'd be a good idea to go up literally at that age. And when you went up to Oxford originally to read PPE which is the classic politicians degree politics philosophy and economics what was the plan and what changed? "I was sitting in the bud of alloying reading Lipsi's guide to basic economics about a month before I was meant to start my course"
