Is There More Downside for Regional Banks?
About 70% of commercial real estate lending comes from small and medium sized banks. So I think the risk of potential dilution is certainly going to be important on the equity side but a lot of these banks have gotten really beaten up that there's going to be some value to be had at some point. Even the biggest banks we know that they're going to be a beneficiary of how this plays out.
