How Does the Board of Directors Approve a Capital Deployment?

What i do in harris is not necessarily what my peer would do at valeris, hasnt example. In our organization, so basically, i have approval up to a certain dollar value. And as we grow, we just keep adjusting the dollar values as time. So of goes by the dollar value now that the cs i board looks ot is larger than it was five years ago. The dolar ta that i'm allowed to approve is higher than it was. Ye. Our very disciplined, rigorous group. We take our capital deployment very seriously. It's challenging for people to learn from others mistakes without having made the same mistake themselves. I think that would help us scale faster.
