The Importance of Community Connection in Inaugural Events

Q: I think faculty life can be so siloed, right? You teach by yourself, you're in community with the students. And so sharing community connection, sharing tools and approaches and strategies sounds super fun. Rick: It was a fantastic experience. Looking at the participants that were part of the institute, you couldn't ask for a better group of participants,. especially for an inaugural event.
