When i was a kid, i did it almost all the time. I couldn't dead lift properly for three weeks afterwards. Force reps are in ably overrated. You can train t o failure without it. you can increase intensity by so many different ways of manipulating. We are just listed off ten different advance techniques that you can incorporate into your training. The final technique is to do four straps at the end of every single set.
