What Is the Utility of Parks?
I live in this neighborhood partially because it's such a great park. I walk through gregory park twice. It's part of i take dog for a walk every night. And so i think the question we have to ask is not necessarily, what is the utility? But given the fact that we're going to build parks, how do we build them in such a way that creates the most amount of value adjacent to them? Does t does that make sense as a juxtaposition? Larrent, i don't feel like i answered his question directly but that's kind of how i think we should think about parks.
