Cloud Area is mostly on-prem back then. They were slow in not just like adoption, but also development. An upgrade would take that much longer depending on the complexity and how much of a breaking change or any kind of changes we make. The more we could abstract and hide away the cruft behind the scenes, that sort of helped us build better solutions.
