Most businesses fail because they're unable to sell their ideas, products and services at prices high enough. The goal here is average. As long as average works, they're good to go. They don't cause problems for others or themselves if conditions remain steady and predictable. But the moment market conditions become negatively impacted these same average people will suddenly realize they're at a big risk.
