Is There a Benefit to Fly Wheel Training?

Fly wheel training is a good way to get stronger, but it's not better than anything else. I think witte centric training, fast ecentric, is where it's are. Thand fly weel training, cause you can play. You can train that effect with no equipment or weight equipment and that will yield performance benefits. And if you don't need to change direction as quickly as possible then the flow might be more beneficial. A lot of people could just do a good old fashione like lifting and getting nger,.
