A UX researcher's professional brand is a streamlining north star for us as we tell our professional stories to others. Your resume does not have to include every single professional milestone you've accomplished because your job application consists of different touch points that reveal different parts of your brand. I always recommend submitting a cover letter. It's a great way to bridge any obvious gaps between the job description and your resume.
