The Supreme Court's Case for TikTok

FBI Director Chris Ray warned in December that TikTok could manipulate its recommended video feed for influence operations targeting US citizens. Deputy Attorney General Lisa Monaco suggested in February that the Chinese government could use it as a means to illicitly obtain Americans private data. There was a journalist tracking scandal that was a legit scandal, but not really connected to the national security case.
