i am finding the benefits of this for mood, for just overall energy to be quite, quite profound. I enjoy my mornings wag too much to ever do this. When i hop in the shower, about half way through, i will turn the knob so that the water becomes ice cold for about a minute. And i feel after this shower, mobilized for the day. Nothing is as difficult as the very first cold shower. You do it for 15 seconds the first time, and then you do it for 30 seconds.
